1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name, email address, and contact details
• Company or agency name and website URL
• Login credentials and authentication data
• Billing and payment information (processed by third-party providers)
• Communications with us (emails, forms, support messages)

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

• IP address and device information
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps
• Referring URLs and campaign parameters

This data is collected via cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

2. Google user data

If you connect Google Search Console to Clients Base, we request access (with your consent) to Google user data needed to operate that integration, including:

• Search Console performance data (queries, pages, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, CTR, and position)
• Property and sitemap information for sites you authorize
• URL inspection and index status for URLs you ask us to check

We use this Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features in Clients Base that you request—for example showing search analytics, recommending content, submitting or listing sitemaps, and checking whether pages are indexed. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except to subprocessors that help us operate the Services (such as hosting), and only as needed to provide those features.

Clients Base's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Search Console from Clients Base in project settings. You can also revoke access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party apps with account access. After disconnect or revocation we stop requesting new Google user data and delete stored Google tokens for that project. You may also ask us to delete associated Google-derived records by emailing the contact below.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve Clients Base
• Run SEO analysis, content workflows, and reporting in your workspace
• Monitor usage and system performance
• Communicate with you about the Services
• Process payments and manage accounts
• Detect, prevent, and address security or abuse issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to:

• Keep you signed in and secure the workspace
• Understand how the Services are used
• Improve performance and reliability

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect sign-in and other functionality.

5. How we share information

We may share information:

• With service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g. hosting, authentication, analytics, payments)
• With the agency that invited you, as needed to operate that workspace
• To comply with legal obligations or lawful requests
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Clients Base, our users, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not share personal data or Google user data for third-party advertising.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Services
• Fulfill contractual and legal obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely.

7. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, update, correct, or delete your personal information
• Export a copy of personal information you provided
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where applicable, including Google Search Console access

Clients Base does not sell personal information.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
